My Background

I'm currently a Senior Frontend Engineer at Ryt Bank 🏦 (One of the first digital banks in Malaysia 🇲🇾, and we are still hiring) where my previous role was a Senior Software Engineer at Oyen Insurance 🐱.

I grew from junior to senior role within 2 years, and credit my success to joining the team at the right time and having some guiding principles along the way.

This led me to think about how I can help other developers who might not join a great team or have the right guidance.

I have seen many engineers that stuck at junior to mid-level roles even after working for 3-5 years 🤯.

My Mission

To help junior to mid-level engineers (Skip this if you're senior and senior+)

2. Feedback on the assessment, focusing on thought processes and coding practices
3. Discussion on the next steps to progress to senior roles

I work mainly with these tools:

• React Native, Expo

For v0.0.1, the assessment will be based on React framework like NextJS, React, React Native, etc only.

Note: The framework or library shouldn't matter, as it's just tools that help us reach our goals, solve our problems.

But for the time being, as it will take longer time for me to review, I'll only focus on React framework.
